We are a medium sized motel offering specialist accommodation for sports teams and visiting Christchurch, New Zealand Located near the centre of the city we are close to a number of major sporting venues including QEII, Porritt Park, Burwood Park, Cowles Stadium, Cuthberts Green, Hagley Park, Rugby Park and AMI Stadium.

Conveniently located to the Christchurch city centre, Christchurch Park Motel is presented in a sunny, accessible location, easily remembered by all the trees and lawn that surround the motel.

Close to Queen Elizabeth II Sports and Leisure Park, The Palms and Northlands Malls, Burwood Hospital and all other major Christchurch Hospitals. We are also within easy access of the Christchurch International Airport, New Brighton Pier, Town Hall, Christchurch Casino and all the restaurants, cafes and shops Christchurch has to offer.

Christchurch Accommodation:

**** Family Accommodation: 9 x 2 Bedroom Units that sleep up to 6 people, all units are ground floor units that are positioned around a large grassed garden area. Our Motel Accommodation is similar to Lodge Accommodation where manicured lawns and gardens surround you. This Christchurch Accommodation is on a private 10-acre site and is very quiet and peaceful.

**** Sports Team Accommodation: For Sport Team Accommodation we have 9 units that sleep 4/5 team members and a 3-bedroom house for the management team to rest and relax.
** Two astro turf Tennis Courts to have a game on or just practice (one has suffered some damage from the earthquakes but is still playable)

** Four glass backed Squash Courts
